The lecture
What happens when a society stops telling men stories they can relate to?
In this talk, Eva Ladipo analyzes how pop culture, politics, and the media have left a vacuum that right-wing influencers, toxic men’s forums, and authoritarian role models like Trump or Musk are filling.
From movie screens to comment sections, from #MeToo to the AfD, one thing becomes clear: If we don’t talk about masculinity, we leave the field open to those who would prefer to preserve it through power fantasies and misogyny.
