Growing up can sometimes be difficult.
Some young people then have problems.
These can be minor or major worries.
For example, worries about yourself.
You ask yourself:
- Who am I?
- Who do I actually want to be?
- Do I like myself the way I am?
- What do I like about myself?
- Am I too fat or too thin?
- Am I beautiful enough?
Maybe you have problems with your parents.
You ask yourself:
- Why do my parents grumble?
- Why don't my parents like my boyfriend or girlfriend?
- How long can I go out in the evening?
- How much pocket money is normal?
- Why should I always have to study?
- Can my parents forbid me to do everything?
- Why do I always get the blame and never my siblings?
- I don't like my mother's new partner. Or my father's new girlfriend. What can I do?
Maybe you have a problem with your friends.
You ask yourself:
- Do others like me?
- Why do others annoy me?
- Why do I often feel rejected?
- What can I change myself?
- How can I deal with envy and jealousy?
- My girlfriend or boyfriend has broken up with me. I don't know what to do.
Maybe you have a problem at school.
Or in your training.
Or at work.
Maybe you are being bullied.
Or the teacher doesn't like you.
You ask yourself:
How can I deal with arguments?
What can I do about bad grades?
Why don't I feel like studying?
