• marital status, specifying whether single, married, divorced, widowed, in a civil partnership , civil partnership dissolved, or civil partner deceased.

In addition to membership in the group you have compiled, you may

• first and last names,
• doctoral degree,
• age,
• gender,
• nationalities,
• current addresses, and
• legal representatives, including first and last names and addresses,

must be provided.
