Our youth counseling service offers help and support for teenagers and young adults.

Young people can turn to the counseling center in confidence.

Our advice center offers you help and support. Puberty and growing up is a time of inner upheaval for many people and can be a real obstacle course with all kinds of problems.

These may be minor or major concerns, such as those relating to your...

  • your own person
Who am I? Who do I actually want to be? Do I like myself the way I am? What do I like about myself? Am I too fat, too thin? Am I beautiful enough?
  • Parents' house
Why do my parents grumble? How long can I go out in the evening? How much pocket money is normal? Why should I always have to study? Can my parents forbid me to do everything? Why don't my parents like my boyfriend/girlfriend? Why do I always get the blame and my siblings never? My parents are separating, what happens next? I don't like my mother's/father's new partner. What can I do?
  • Friends/girlfriends
Do others like me? Why do others annoy me and I often feel rejected? What can I change myself? How can I deal with envy and jealousy? My girlfriend/boyfriend has broken up with me. I don't know what to do.
  • School/training/job
I am being bullied. What can I do? The teacher doesn't like me. Can I do something about it? How can I deal with conflicts? What can I do about bad grades? I don't feel like studying. How can I manage anyway? Why should I do all this if I don't get a training place afterwards?
