The Salzgitter professional fire department welcomes its three new trainees for the profession of "emergency paramedic" on August 1. We are particularly pleased that we have once again been able to take on a female trainee.
The training lasts 3 years and is characterized by three consecutive stages. The sections are practical training on the ambulance, training in the clinical area and school-based training at a rescue service school.
The trainees are supervised by experienced practical instructors from the Salzgitter fire department throughout their entire training period.
