The range of summer vegetables is large and varied. All varieties can be prepared in a variety of ways using pulses, seeds and other ingredients. On this evening, participants will prepare light and delicious dishes without any meat or fish.

The "Vegetarian Summer Dishes" course will take place on Wednesday, August 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 30 euros (food costs are included in the course fee).

Please bring a tea towel, a sharp knife and containers for leftovers
