The coordination office of the support point is aimed at senior citizens as well as their relatives and interested parties and provides tips on how to design your living space so that you can live there safely and in an age-appropriate manner for a long time, even if you have limited mobility. The housing advice service is free of charge and independent of any commercial providers. In their information events, the employees want to show why "housing advice" exists and what the term means.
The speakers at all three information events will be Kristina Bothe-Kuhn and Saskia Reich from the City of Salzgitter's senior citizens' office.
The information events take place:
- On Thursday, December 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Lebenstedt Senior Citizens' Meeting Center, Am Strumpfwinkel 24.
- On Wednesday, December 10, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Salzgitter-Bad senior citizens' meeting place at Braunschweiger Straße 137a.
- On Monday, December 15, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Seniorentreff Thiede, am Pappeldamm 76
