With Antolin, pupils independently select book titles that they have already read or would like to read. After reading, they then answer questions about the respective book with the help of Antolin. Reading points are collected in a personal account and the number and titles of the books read are displayed.
With the innovative online portal "Antolin", the Salzgitter City Library has for years found an ideal way to accompany pupils on their way to independent reading and in the development of their own reading identity.
The targeted work with Antolin promotes the pupils' reading and language skills. Their interest in literature is awakened and strengthened in the long term, and they remain enthusiastic readers and borrowers later on.
