Awakening a love of reading among schoolchildren - this can be achieved in a special way by a very specific group of multipliers: peers who are trained as "reading scouts" and pass on their enthusiasm for reading as part of book parties and other activities.
There are 10 reading scouts in Lower Saxony and we are part of it!
"Lesescouts" is a project with pupils who are enthusiastic about reading, which we carry out weekly together with the Gymnasium am Fredenberg.
Ms. Vasiliki Treskas supports the scouts with book tips, reading games and other activities.
