Our team consists of qualified psychologists, an M.Sc. psychologist, qualified social pedagogues and two administrative specialists or team assistants. We have various additional counseling and therapeutic qualifications. We regularly undergo further training to ensure that the diagnostic, therapeutic and other services we offer comply with current scientific standards.
All employees are bound to confidentiality, so that all inquiries and discussions are treated in strict confidence.
Consultation process:
In the first meeting, we will look at your concerns with you and what support is possible according to our professional assessment. It is important to us to address your personal problems. Together with you, we will set out to find solutions. In doing so, we involve you and your strengths and abilities. From our experience, we know that problems usually have several causes and can occur in different contexts. For this reason, it can be useful to involve other parties. If this is desired, we have the opportunity to do so.

Organizational matters:
You can make an appointment for an initial consultation by calling one of our two advice centers. If there are further counseling appointments, these will be scheduled individually with your counselor. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know in good time.
