General information
The districts and independent cities form social psychiatric associations.
All providers of assistance within the meaning of Section 6 (1) NPsychKG should be represented in the social psychiatric association.
The Social Psychiatric Service manages its day-to-day business.
The Social Psychiatric Network ensures cooperation between the providers of assistance and the coordination of assistance in order to ensure care in accordance with § 6 Para. 7 NPsychKG.
The social psychiatric associations in neighboring care areas should work together for this purpose.
If a provider of assistance or its sponsor is planning a significant change in the assistance offered, it must inform the Social Psychiatric Network immediately.
