Not far from the wooded ridges of the Lichtenberge and the Heerter See European nature reserve, a development area has been created on the northern outskirts of Gebhardshagen.

Here, the expansive nature offers new, individual discovery tours for you every day. The Höhenweg trail has a special scenic charm, as it offers a fantastic panoramic view of the town and countryside.

The first section of the "Westlich Michael-Ende-Ring" development area was developed. A total of 29 plots were available in the "Westlich Michael-Ende-Ring" development area.

Development is possible with detached and semi-detached houses (further information in the development plan at the bottom of this page).

The last building plots are currently being marketed.

In addition, plot no. 22 in the "Gebhardshagen-Nordost" development area is still available.

The purchase price for the plots is € 195/m².

The allocation status of the plots with information on plot size and total costs is shown in the following plan and is updated regularly.

Please note: Reservations are free of charge. Only one reservation is made per interested party. The initial reservation period is 3 weeks.
