The Senior Citizens’ Office of the City of Salzgitter has invited Michael Blank, a former trainer and conflict manager with the state police, to teach seniors in his course “Confidence Through Self-Assertion” on Friday, September 11, and Friday, September 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day, to teach seniors in his course “Staying Safe Through Self-Assertion” how to stand up for themselves using body language and their voice, and how to defend themselves if necessary.
