100 refugees will arrive in Salzgitter this Saturday and another 100 next Thursday, October 22.
The first 100 refugees will be accommodated in the existing central accommodation. Further accommodation options are currently being examined.
City takes in 200 refugees
The city of Salzgitter is taking in a further 200 refugees who have not yet passed through the initial reception facility due to the request for administrative assistance from the state of Lower Saxony.
