However, before the construction company can move in and start building, numerous things need to be considered and clarified.

Building sites are currently available in Salzgitter in Ringelheim (Lange Äcker West), Lebenstedt (Fredenberg West) and Thiede (Sierscher Weg). Further developments are currently underway in Salzgitter-Bad, Calbecht, Gebhardshagen and Thiede.

Alternatively, if you would like to build in an established area and benefit from the existing local infrastructure, the city has around 20 building plots available in Salzgitter.
