On Saturday, 17 September, from 13:00 to 16:00, the facility, which will open in January 2017, invites you to join them directly in front of the new daycare center building at Kattowitzer Straße 195 in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt, which is run by Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe.

The daycare center will offer places for 115 children in four kindergarten groups and one crèche group. 30 places will be allocated to children whose parents are employees of Helios-Klinikum Salzgitter, while the remaining 85 places are intended for children from the city of Salzgitter. There are still places available at the facility.

A special feature of the daycare center is its flexible opening hours. Children whose both parents work shifts or whose single parent works shifts can be looked after here 365 days a year.

There will be a name competition for the daycare center on the day. We are looking for creative suggestions from visitors as to what the Johanniter daycare center should be called. The winner will receive an attractive surprise prize.

The information day will also give specialist educational staff the opportunity to find out more about the facility as a future workplace. Not all positions for educators and social education assistants have been filled yet.
