The aim is to obtain a technical basis for the sustainable further development of the retail trade in the city of Salzgitter.
Among other things, the study includes telephone household surveys, an internet survey and a customer survey at selected locations in the city area, which will begin in the coming weeks. The surveys are intended to gain insights into shopping behavior and Salzgitter as a retail location. The GMA presented its survey program at a kick-off event on 1 March.
