Five of them will complete a bachelor's degree in "General Administration" and were appointed city inspector candidates by Thomas Albrecht, Head of Human Resources and Organization. Two junior employees are starting a dual course of study in "Social Work" as part of their training with the City of Salzgitter.
A total of 13 trainees complete their training as administrative assistants. In addition, two trainees are starting their training as draughtswomen, two are training as gardeners and one is training as a road warden and one as a vehicle mechatronics technician.
After successfully completing their training/studies, the trainees have the option of being taken on as permanent employees or civil servants.
