The connecting path from Kattowitzer Straße to Salzgittersee to the north of the Helios Clinic will be closed in sections for this preparatory work and cannot be used in the short term. Obstructions are to be expected. Citizens are asked for their understanding. This work will be completed after around ten days.

This tree felling and clearing work is necessary for the barrier-free redesign of the Seeweg to the north of the Helios Clinic as part of the "Seeviertel" urban development project, which the Salzgitter City Council approved last year at a cost of 350,000 euros.

Work on the complete extension of the Seeweg will begin in the first week of November.
