How do you prepare a crispy Wiener schnitzel or a sophisticated cordon bleu? Plain, breaded or rolled - there are no limits to the variety of schnitzels. In the cooking course, various classic home-style dishes are prepared and eaten. You will need to bring a tea towel, a sharp knife and containers for leftovers. The course will take place on Friday, February 18, from 5.45 to 9.30 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad. The food costs are included in the course fee of 31 euros.
