Children love to laugh and laugh best when they have plenty of space to run around and move. The Volkshochschule has just that! Children aged five to nine are invited to laugh with others, to be cheerful and funny. Play and creativity are encouraged through laughter yoga.

Breathing, stretching, moving and clapping help the children to laugh quickly... even for no reason!

Adventures also await when the animal world is discovered in laughter yoga.

An imaginative and relaxing journey rounds off the course at the end.

Information:

The course "Laughter and yoga - wonderfully relaxing" for children aged five to nine takes place on Sunday, December 18, from 10 am to 12 noon at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt. The course costs 7.50 hrs.

Please bring along: Non-slip socks and a drink.
