In this seminar, participants will receive valuable tips on how to deal with the current challenges of our time more calmly and therefore more successfully. The focus is on individual "thinking in terms of solutions" and increasing your own resilience.

Information: The course "Surviving in difficult times - thinking in solutions" will take place on Saturday, November 18, from 10 am to 4.30 pm at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a in Salzgitter-Bad). The course costs 46 euros.
