One side of the road in the affected section will be fully closed for the renovation work.
Vehicle traffic, including bus routes, will be routed past the construction site as a one-way street in the direction out of town (southbound).

Note: In the event of prolonged rainy weather, there may be delays in the renovation work.
Construction phase 3 since October 6 until approx. October 13, 2023
During this time, the east side of Kattowitzer Straße will be repaired.
The junctions of Wehrstraße and St.-Andreas-Weg with Kattowitzer Straße will be fully closed during this time. The roads will be designated as dead ends.
Construction phase 4 approximately from October 16 to approximately October 24, 2023
During this period, the west side of the road will be repaired. The junction of Kampstraße and Kattowitzer Straße will then be fully closed.
The street Zum Salzgittersee, the access road to the hospital and the Römerbad will remain accessible. However, short-term restrictions must be expected.
For the duration of the construction work, the parking lanes on the closed side of the road cannot be used and parked vehicles must be removed.
