This is the right course for anyone who is under pressure to perform at work and/or in their private life and is looking for balance. In this seminar, participants will receive valuable tips on how to deal with the current challenges of our time more calmly and therefore more successfully. The two evenings will focus on individual "thinking in terms of solutions" and increasing resilience.

Information: The seminar will take place on Friday, January 12, and Friday, January 19, from 6.30 to 9.30 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The seminar costs 34.50 hrs.
