The toilet facility is designed as a two-room facility and has a unisex disabled toilet with changing table and a unisex toilet. Both areas have an automatic self-cleaning system. The facility is available to visitors to the city center free of charge from 06:00 to 22:00.
To set up the system:
The production of the toilet system module was delayed due to delivery problems on the part of the contracted company. In addition, there were problems on the part of the supplier in the home stretch with regard to the lack of permits for heavy transport. Thanks to intensive efforts by the city administration, a short-term solution was found in cooperation with Salzgitter EuroLogistik GmbH and the system was technically accepted by the site management of the building management, purchasing and logistics department after installation on August 15.
