The applicant must
- have the legal requirements for the independent practice of the chimney sweep trade,
- be in good health to carry out the duties of a chimney sweep
and declare this in writing, - have the legal knowledge required to perform their duties,
- have the knowledge of the German language required for the fulfillment of the
German language and - have the personal and professional reliability required for the fulfillment of the
reliability required for the fulfillment of the task.
