The Bildwerk members present around 30 works and explain their pictures, techniques and intentions to the guests. The exhibition shows a cross-section of current work, which means that the range of images on display is very broad and extends from architecture to portrait and underwater photography.
The Foto-Arbeitsgemeinschaft (AG) Bildwerk is a working group for committed amateur photographers who want to expand their skills beyond the basics. The focus is on taking photos together. Photo excursions in the near or far surroundings, studio photography as well as experimental work on new themes and techniques are part of the photo work group. The results are discussed in the group.
Particular emphasis is placed on the further development of image design, technical implementation and creativity. The members support each other by exchanging tips and suggestions as well as technical and practical advice on all aspects of photography and the associated technology.
The exhibition can be seen until July 1, 2025 during the opening hours of the Volkshochschule in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm; Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm and Thursdays from 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm).
