Sabine Petter, Head of the Salzgitter Music School, thanked the staff and volunteers at Swindonstraße. "Their work is very important for people. Volunteers accompany the seriously ill and dying to enable them to have a self-determined last phase of life," said Sabine Petter in recognition of this commitment.
Hartmut Schölch, Head of Cultural Services for the City of Salzgitter, was delighted with this premiere and the amount of money raised in recognition of the work of the hospice initiative and the lecturers' concert.
A continuation is planned for next year. The music school team would like to continue supporting committed people in Salzgitter in this musical way.
Stefanie Hiller, lecturer at the municipal music school, is happy to pass on the thanks of those responsible for the hospice initiative to the other participants.
