A separation is a difficult time for everyone involved. Nothing is the same as before, conflicts with the other parent and financial problems demand strength, time and nerves - often at the expense of the children and your own well-being. Children need a lot of attention during this time in order to cope with the transition to the new phase of life.

Over the course of seven afternoons, an experienced team of advisors will show parents how they can learn to deal with stress and take good care of themselves, how they can support and accompany their child or children, and how they can succeed in reducing parental conflicts.

Introductions to the topics alternate with exercises and mutual exchange in the group. There are also many suggestions for everyday life at home.

The "Kinder im Blick" (KiB) course takes place at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a). There are still places available. Participation is free of charge.
