Salzgitter

Successful concert weekend

A total of three concerts took place in the courtyard of Salder Castle last weekend as part of Kultursommer Salzgitter. Event manager Jens Bogdan draws a consistently positive conclusion.

On Friday, August 1, Versengold kicked off the concert weekend with a performance in front of 2,500 fans who were visibly enjoying themselves. After the concert, Jens Bogdan emphasized that it was a thoroughly successful evening, which was celebrated together with the Piekert concert agency.

On Saturday, August 2, Alex Christensen fired up around 1,200 guests with the sounds of the 90s combined with classical instruments. "Despite a brief rain shower, it was an absolutely successful concert. A DJ provided the perfect atmosphere before and after the performance," emphasized Bogdan.

Max Mutzke came to Salder Castle for the third concert on Sunday, August 4. He played in front of an audience of around 900. Bogdan was impressed: "A great artist. My emotional highlight was his duet with Teresa Bergman and the appeal for donations for Doctors Without Borders."

Head of Cultural Affairs Jan Erik Bohling adds:

"A really great concert weekend. And after the concert is before the concert: next Thursday, August 7, the Kultursommer continues with the band LaBrassBanda, who will be playing at Salder Castle from 8 pm. Tickets are available online at Reservix."
