The Piekert concert agency and the city of Salzgitter are delighted to announce the first act of the upcoming Kultursommer: Giesinger will be making a stop at Salder Castle on August 1, 2026, at 8 p.m. to once again offer his fans from the region an unforgettable concert. This will be the second time he has performed in front of the castle's historic backdrop since 2017.

With his new album "Glück auf den Straßen", he will take his audience on a road trip full of new sounds to the origins of the motivation that drove him to make music. The eponymous title track exudes the lightness of summer and is therefore - like all the other songs on the album - perfect for experiencing live in the open air. At the same time, 2026 marks the 10th anniversary of his single "80 Millionen" and his album "Der Junge, der rennt", which helped him make his breakthrough - so a wonderful summer evening full of emotion is in store!
