"Senior dance in the morning": On Thursday, May 22, senior citizens with and without support needs can get to know a special dance offer from 11 a.m. in the Kulturscheune in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 22, admission from 10.30 a.m.).

Under the guidance of Alina Ludwig (movement, dance, voice) and with musical support from Uta Heitmann (accordion), the participants will get moving - which can also work very well when seated. Of course, there will also be singing! Being active together is simply a lot of fun! This event is suitable for all senior citizens interested in music and dance. The event lasts approx. 45 minutes.

"Music and dance for everyone": The music school is looking forward to welcoming lots of dance enthusiasts to the Kulturscheune in Lebenstedt on Thursday, May 22, at 5 p.m.(4.30 p.m.) to be active and have fun together. An ensemble of music school teachers (led by Volkmar Dietrich) consisting of violin, viola, flute, trombone, cello, guitar and drums will be playing live for young and old. From polonaise to "line dance" to "round dance", the teachers have put together a small selection of well-known and unknown dances that are easy on the legs and quick to learn. Just come along and dance along!
