New: open consultation hours on the topics of addiction and mental illness

The Social Health Service of the city of Salzgitter offers free open consultation hours in three districts on the topics of addiction and mental illness. Anyone who needs support or would like advice can drop in without obligation and without registering. Young people (aged 18 and over) are also welcome.

The Social Health Service of the city of Salzgitter offers free open consultation hours in three districts on the topics of addiction and mental illness. Anyone who needs support or would like advice can drop by without obligation and without making an appointment.

The open consultation hour is an offer for sufferers and relatives of all ages who need someone to talk to or have questions about addiction and mental illness.

High stress levels in everyday life?, sleepless nights?, no motivation to get out of bed?, no prospects for the future? Negative thoughts during the day and at night?: Young people (aged 18 and over) and adults can come to the open consultation hours with their concerns, questions and thoughts.

Staff from the Social Psychiatric Service in Lebenstedt, Steterburg and Salzgitter-Bad are ready to listen if anyone needs help or would like to find out about the various support options available.

The Social Health Service of the city of Salzgitter offers free open consultation hours in three districts:

Salzgitter-Bad: every Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Mütterzentrum Salzgitter-Bad, Braunschweiger Straße 137

Thiede/Steterburg: every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Steterburg district meeting point, Lange Hecke 12.

Lebenstedt: every Thursday from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Volkshochschule (VHS), Thiestraße 26a, room 0.4 first floor

The consultations are free of charge. Registration is not required. The employees of the Social Health Service are bound to secrecy and treat the discussions confidentially.
