The movie "Momo", known from the novel of the same name by Michael Ende, tells the story of "Momo", an orphan girl who helps people to find their stolen time again. The entertaining, touching film appeals to people with dementia, who should enjoy their time at the movies with their loved ones.

Above all, the afternoon is intended to be a feel-good afternoon for those affected, relatives and interested parties. Afterwards, questions about dementia will be answered. There will also be the opportunity to obtain information from the network partners of the local alliance in Salzgitter.

In cooperation with the local alliances for people with dementia, the city of Salzgitter's senior citizens' office has launched this cinema project, which aims to break down barriers and create an inclusive atmosphere.

Anyone interested is invited to the free screening of the movie "Momo" on Wednesday, December 17, at 2 p.m. at the Kultiplex in Lebenstedt.

Tickets are available from the City of Salzgitter's senior citizens' office and from the senior citizens' meeting points run by the Social Services and Senior Citizens Department in Lebenstedt, Thiede and Bad. The number of seats is limited, which is why it is not possible to purchase more than two tickets.
