Whether technology or animated film design - the activities encourage creativity and impart new knowledge in a playful way. In small groups, the children experience varied days full of fun and discoveries:
- In the "Programming with LEGO WeDo 2.0" course, children build their own robots out of LEGO® and learn how to program them. The one-day workshop offers a playful introduction to the basics of robotics and programming and teaches scientific knowledge along the way.
Dates: July 08, 09 and 15 respectively
Note: Registration is only possible for one of the above dates. - The animation workshop lasts two days. The children use Playmobil® figures, tablets and dioramas to create their own short films and tell exciting stories - from adventures in the Ice Age to the Middle Ages and futuristic scenes. The techniques they learn are easy to implement and can also be used at home.
Date: July 30-31 (two-day course) - There are also two new courses. One involves making short, simple explanatory videos. Using self-drawn paper pictures and a voice-over, the videos show how something works - for example, how the internet or an app works. They are easy to understand and make learning easier and more exciting.
Date: August 05 - In the second new vacation course, a short news broadcast is simulated. The young participants slip into different roles - whether as presenter, cameraman or director. Together they plan, shoot and create their own program, just like on real television. The course is not only a lot of fun, but also offers insights into the world of media. The focus is on creativity, teamwork and technical understanding.
