To ensure that the event runs smoothly, the Salzgitter/Peine/Wolfenbüttel police department, the professional fire department, CityLebenstedt e.V. and the City of Salzgitter have agreed to set up extensive road closures, which will lead to traffic restrictions during the event period.

The city of Salzgitter would like to thank residents, businesses and visitors to the city center of Salzgitter-Lebenstedt for their understanding regarding the restrictive measures during this period.

The police inspectorate would also like to point out that the police, the city of Salzgitter, the professional fire department and CityLebenstedt e.V. are in close contact and regularly review the security concept and adapt it if necessary. The police will accompany the event with emergency personnel and clearly point out the existing ban on weapons on the event site.
