VHS vacation course: "Internet driving license for kids (3rd/5th grade)"

The Volkshochschule (VHS) of the city of Salzgitter has free places in its vacation course "Internet Driving License for Kids (3rd/5th grade)", which takes place from August 11 to 13.

Games, videos, chats and a wealth of information: Kids are fascinated by the Internet. The possibilities, but also the dangers, are much greater than with other media.

In this course, children learn

to research via children's search engines
select credible sources
to create their own contributions
how to behave on the Internet
how to deal with personal data

At the end of the course, an Internet driving license is awarded.

The vacation course "Internet driving license for kids (3rd/5th grade)" takes place at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) from Monday, August 11 to Wednesday, August 13, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and costs 66 euros.

Registration is required. Registration deadline: August 1.
