The women can look forward to a relaxing day at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus: there will be delicious smoothies to welcome them before a soothing session in the yoga room, for which no previous yoga experience is required.

At lunchtime, there are fresh, colorful bowls that the women can put together themselves, before two special offers await in the afternoon: on the one hand, a calming sound massage and sound journeys with matching bowls and, on the other, a painting course in which the participants can develop their creativity. Of course, there will also be a small snack for in between! In the evening, a hearty vegetarian meal will be cooked before this time-out comes to a cozy end with a drink.

The "Wellness Day for Women" takes place on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137 a) and costs 180 euros. Food and material costs are included in the course fee.
You can bring your own yoga mat.
