In this course, participants have the opportunity to try selected, high-quality essential oils and learn about their effects, such as "Neroli", the scent of the bitter orange tree. This oil can help to relieve stress. Or discover the scent of grapefruit, which can be a motivator.

Information: The course "Feeling good with essential oils" takes place on Saturday, March 29, from 10 am to 12.15 pm in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 14.28 euros.

Any material costs incurred will be settled directly with the lecturer on site and amount to around five euros.

Registration is required. The registration deadline is March 23.
