Current status until Monday, October 20 and after Friday, October 24:
A 1.5-kilometer cycle path is currently being built on the north side of the L636 state road (road from Salder to the Nord-Süd-Straße junction). The cycle path will start at the Hopfenhof road in Salder and continue to the junction with the district road K12 (Nord-Süd-Straße) at the Diebesstieg landfill site.
The construction of the cycle path will result in traffic restrictions. The L636 is currently closed from the K12 in the direction of Salder. The detour is via the K12 to the Hillenholz junction on the K40 (Watenstedter Weg) to Salder.
The opposite direction - i.e. out of Salder - remains open to traffic.
Full closure of the L 636 (road from Salder to the junction of Nord-Süd-Straße) from Monday, October 20 to Friday, October 24:
The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport is carrying out the construction work.
Due to the construction work on the cycle path, the L 636 will be fully closed from Monday, October 20 to Friday, October 24. The reason for this is shaft work on the carriageway.
The detour route will then be via the K12 (Nord-Süd-Straße) onto the K40 in the direction of Salder; the same applies in the opposite direction.
