What is planned?
- The school auditorium at St. Michael's Primary School is being converted into a community facility. Public facilities are facilities that serve the general public. Examples: Club houses, community centers, meeting rooms.
What is being done?
- The building will be gutted, decontaminated and renovated for energy efficiency.
- In the basement there will be individual and group consultation rooms as well as a communal kitchen.
- On the upper floor, the size of the assembly hall will be preserved, upgraded and can be used in a variety of ways.
- A multifunctional room will be added.
- The outdoor facilities will be redesigned: there will be parking spaces for bicycles and cars as well as a front area of the building with a seating staircase.
= The new community facility will create flexible spaces that can be used for a variety of different purposes (consultations, training, events, school performances, etc.).

- The parking spaces in Goethestraße will remain open during the renovation work. The construction work will take place during school hours and will not interfere with school activities.
- Noise-intensive work, which will take place temporarily, will take place outside school hours.

- There are no restrictions for residents in terms of parking or traffic routing; storage areas are located exclusively on the property to be built on.
