The City of Salzgitter's Department of Culture is sending its fans into April with music...: Blues, rock, klesmer music and children's theater in the series "No Sunday like any other" are on the program.

Patricia Vonne is a guest in Salzgitter with her band.

It starts on Friday, April 10 (8 p.m., Kniestedt Church) with Patricia Vonne and her band. The dazzling Patricia Vonne from the Texan music stronghold Austin creates a special southern sound, paired with the corridas and rancheras from her Mexican heritage; straightforward and without any frippery.

Helmut Eisel offers a klezmer workshop.

From Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19 (Kniestedter Kirche),Helmut Eisel is once again offering a klezmer workshop in the klezmer city of Salzgitter together with JEM guitarist Juan Pablo Gonzales Tobón. The musical basis of the workshop will be klezmer traditionals as well as compositions from the repertoire of "Helmut Eisel & JEM", which offer plenty of scope for improvisation and give participants access to free playing and the creative principles of ensemble work.

The results of the workshop will be presented in a concert on Sunday, April 19, at 3 p.m. in the Kniestedt church. Admission is free. Welcome to a unique event!

Kabinett presents powerful indie rock.

Kabinett, an indie rock band from Mannheim with a dynamic and versatile sound, will be performing on Saturday, April 18 (7.30 pm, Kulturscheune in Lebenstedt). Kabinett combines powerful indie rock with an unmistakable sound aesthetic and emotional depth. The young band attracts the attention of the scene with dynamic arrangements and pointed songwriting.

Children can look forward to a humorous game with figures and objects.

Children aged 3 and over can look forward to the "Carousel " on Sunday, April 12 (3 p.m. Kniestedt Church). "The Carousel" is aimed at the childlike joy of trying out and perceiving elementary forces, wishes and dreams - without many words. The acrobatic and humorous play with figures and objects is accompanied by live music.
