Children today move around in the digital world as a matter of course. There are lots of exciting things to discover, but also some things to watch out for. The media driving license helps children between the ages of nine and fourteen to use the internet safely and consciously. Together with others, they learn how to use smartphones, tablets and computers wisely. They receive clear explanations, simple rules and plenty of opportunities to join in. At the end, everyone receives a certificate. Parents are welcome to attend and listen. The children take center stage, ask questions, exchange ideas and learn in a playful way what is important online.
Content: What is personal information?, What should I look out for when playing games?, What are the consequences of comments?; Cyberbullying and fake news.
Information: The course "The media driving license for children (9 to 14 years) will take place online (via Zoom) on Monday, January 19, from 5 to 6.30 pm and costs 18 euros.
