Rabbits don't whistle. Why not? Can they just not do it? Nicole Gospodarek will be telling the story freely adapted from Ludvik Askenazy on Sunday, March 15 (3 p.m. Kniestedter Kirche) in the "No Sunday like any other" series for families and children aged 4 and over.
The story: The rabbit would love to be able to whistle properly! But only marmots can do that. And so he sets off in search of this shy animal. Over hill and dale, the hare searches everywhere and asks everyone he comes across, even the fish in the water, until he finally finds it, the marmot. The marmot is not enthusiastic, but finally agrees to teach the hare to whistle. But although he tries really hard, the whistle just won't work. What now?
