At the first meeting in 2026, the Council decided, among other things, to waive special user fees, a concept for goose control at Salzgittersee and the construction project to make Salder Castle barrier-free. The Council was informed in the form of communication documents, for example about a comparison of possible locations for the KiTa Lesse. This was followed by the motions submitted by the parliamentary groups.
