Salzgitter

Launch of the new digital library

The Onleihe Niedersachsen is starting with the new generation Onleihe 3. The Salzgitter City Library is a member of the Lower Saxony libraries.

The Onleihe Niedersachsen network has successfully upgraded its digital lending platform to Onleihe 3. The new generation of Onleihe offers many new functions and makes the use of digital media much more convenient and modern.
The fundamentally redeveloped platform makes it easier to access the digital media offering and noticeably improves everyday lending. Users benefit from a low-barrier, intuitive interface and new functions such as extending the loan period for all types of media, an unlimited watch list, a personal loan history and a dark mode that is easy on the eyes.

Discover the Onleihe 3 - even without registration

The new Onleihe 3 app is now available to download free of charge for Android and iOS devices in the respective app stores and replaces the previous app. Anyone wishing to use the Onleihe with a PC, laptop or e-reader from PocketBook or tolino can access the service directly via the website niedersachsen.onleihe.de.
Anyone interested who has no experience with Onleihe Niedersachsen can also explore the Onleihe as a guest without registering and familiarize themselves with the lending platform.
