Content: In the modern working world, convincing communication is the key to success - and to well-being! This educational vacation is an intensive training course to close these gaps and strengthen your personal impact in the long term. Participants are given the tools they need to convey clear messages, use body language in a targeted manner and remain calm and confident in conflict situations.

"Conducting difficult conversations confidently and negotiating successfully" (August 24 to 28 at Kniestedter Herrenhaus)

Content: Whether in the office or at home, challenging conversations or tricky negotiations are part of everyday life. Participants will learn how to master these situations confidently, purposefully and constructively in the future - in every situation! Among other things, participants learn to Recognize conflicts at an early stage, react appropriately and de-escalate.
