In this seminar, participants recognize their strengths and also their limitations based on their genetic predisposition. They learn which basic needs may lie behind their behavior patterns. Participants learn to better understand their own needs and the needs of others in order to be able to better interpret the behavior of others and their physical signals. By focusing the conversation on needs, participants can more easily win the person over to their cause! This applies both professionally and privately!

Contents: Learning the basics of personality and behavior patterns; knowing the genetic structure of a personality and its needs; understanding the influence of genetic predisposition on behavior; exercises for self-assessment and assessment of others; perceiving the behavior of others in a new way; recognizing strengths, limitations, opportunities and risks in communication.

Information: The course "My personality: Why am I the way I am?" takes place on Saturday, January 31, from 9 am to 4 pm at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 53 euros.
