How can I collect identity documents?

In the town hall in Lebenstedt

ID documents that have already been applied for (ID cards, passports, children's passports) can be collected from the information desk at the Citizens' Center without an appointment at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 12.00 and
Thursday from 14.00 - 18.00 hrs.

Notes on collection:

When applying for ID documents, citizens receive a document number, which (opens in a new tab) they can use to check whether the document is already available at the town hall. The PIN letter must also be available to collect the ID card. If you have not received the PIN letter for your ID card, you must generate a new PIN in advance at the BürgerCenter.

In the small town hall in Salzgitter-Bad

In Salzgitter-Bad, you can obtain issued identity documents, yellow bags and forms at the information desk of the BürgerCenter in the small town hall, Marktplatz 11.

At the following times: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 noon and Thursdays, from 2 pm to 6 pm.
