Description
Young people with social disadvantages or young people who have particular problems in the transition from school to work due to other impairments often need more support in order to manage their lives. As part of youth welfare (up to the age of 26), help is provided via Pro-Active Centers (PACE). These contact points for young people offer support in difficult life situations. They help with advice and guidance, provide support in finding an internship or apprenticeship and point out solutions.
